Champlain College is a private college in Burlington, Vermont - right next to Lake Champlain. The undergrad population is 2,000 and this year, we broke the record with 1/5 of that population being gaming majors! Out of that, there are 11 girls. Oh. My. God. It's a record. The three gaming majors are: Game Design, Game Programming, Game Art & Animation. Guess which one I am. <_<

So I've been here for officially two weeks today. I made a ton of new friends... most of which are guys. One of which looks like Cedric Diggory and follows me around all the time and constantly laughs at my misfortunes. Anyway, I love it here. This is the most fun I've ever had. But I do miss my friends back home, so I wish I could put all of my friends in one spot!

After Mat (Cedric Diggory) got hyper off of fucking with people and bags of candy corn, he dragged me and three other people downtown to a park where a stabbing happened last week. He likes to go to the park because he wants to see a stabbing. The story is that a guy with nun-chucks was trying to be all tough, so a guy pulled out a knife and stabbed him four times. Mat wants to see that really badly for some reason. So now we constantly have to go to the park. So, it was me, Mat (Game Design), Bryan (Game Design), Adam (Game Programming), and Steven (Game Programming). We all went to the park in hopes of seeing a guy with nun-chucks get stabbed.

Instead, we came up with a game idea. Yeah. We're that nerdy. We ended up talking about video games the entire time. Except for when Bryan stormed off because I made fun of him. QQ! They went to make a mech/action-adventure/RPG game. Whatever. The game I want to make is called "Urban Pirates" which Mat and this guy named Ganon came up with while passing a Fed Ex truck. They wanted to steal it and ride around town on it. So, they built on that idea in class later on that day and Mat drew this wonderful comic depicting what he wants the game to be. I'll get that on here soon enough, but anyway, I have to draw character designs for that game. There are three different factions. I don't know, I have to talk to him about it. All I know is there's the "Red Sun Clan" and and American faction.

Besides that, I have to draw Mat a character design he gave me a while ago. And Bryan's making me draw him, but I think I might just punch him again instead.
